The house is a delightful four bedroom, centrally heated detached bungalow on a half acre elevated site. It has been recently painted and renovated, has wood floors, a large bright kitchen and a living room with an open fire and beautiful views of Tralee Bay and the Slieve Mish mountains. It has a well landscaped garden with a barbeque, garden furniture. There is sufficient parking for four cars. The house sleeps seven with two double beds, 3 single beds, and a fold out bed. It includes all mod cons including satellite TV and linen is provided.
It would be tough to find a more peaceful spot! A babbling stream is just across the road and if more than a dozen cars pass all day, it would be unusual. If you like the outdoors, there's easy access to hill walking, kayaking, windsurfing, surfing, and golf. It is a pleasant, half mile stroll to the nearest beach and only a short drive to miles of unspoiled coastline at Brandon Bay. The house is 12 miles west of Tralee, two miles west of Camp, five miles east of Castlegregory, within a short drive to the scenic Conor pass, and 25 miles from Dingle town. Pubs, shop, and restaurants are within 2-3 miles.

Bed
linen: beds are made up ready for guests'
arrival complete with duvet and bed linen.
Welcome
pack: an initial supply of turf (peat), wood or coal,
firelighters, soap, toilet paper, tea, bread & butter.
Final
cleaning: guests are asked to leave the cottage tidy with everything back in its original place and washing up done. We will do the final cleaning.

Please note there is an extra charge for electricity (meter reading) and heating. We also recommend that guests dispose of all their own recycling and rubbish. We will provide a list of local rubbish and recyling locations. We charge extra per bag to dispose of any rubbish and recyling left after a guests' departure. This will be taken out of the guests' security deposit.
Please note guests are asked to pay a security deposit and bring own bath towels.
